3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for products and services are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
The Company accepts various payment methods as indicated on the website.
5. Delivery
The Company will endeavour to dispatch products within the specified time frame, but delivery times are estimates only.
The Company is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by external factors.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused (i.e. resaleable) and in their original complete packaging, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Service packages are non-refundable once they have been activated or utilized and all products are subject to acceptable use or restocking fees.
7. Warranty
The Company warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
Customers must notify the Company of any defects within the warranty period.
The Company will repair or replace defective products at its discretion.
8. Liability
The Company’s liability for any claims arising from the sale of products and services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including software or data damages, and the customer is reminded to ensure that provision is deployed to prevent data loss or inconsistency.
9. Privacy
The Company respects Customer privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with the seven pillars of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.

10. WEEE Directive
The Company complies with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU, which requires the separate collection and proper treatment of WEEE.
Customers are encouraged to return used electrical and electronic equipment to designated collection points for recycling and proper disposal.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
